All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 working days nationwide within South Africa.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details.

During sale periods, product launches, or high-volume seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended.

By placing an order during these periods, you acknowledge and accept that delays may occur.

ANGELICA will not be held liable for delays caused by:

High order volumes during sales or promotions
Courier delays outside of our control
Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, or logistical disruptions)

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate to avoid delays.
Orders are only processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
